| The Executive Board did an excellent job to bring you a incredible conference, a NEVER BEFORE SEEN presentation by the New York City Police Department, added new instructors and new classes, and improved the food choices for the 2008 Training Conference. Our prices are the lowest for any four day training conference, and we are the ONLY association which offers ALL INCLUSIVE pricing. Included in the low prices below are, your choice of 4 classes (of 7 classes to select from), 3 nights lodging in a Chalet in beautiful Bass Lake and all meals, including snacks. Once you register and pay the registration fee, THERE ARE NO OTHER HIDDEN COSTS. |

| Cancellation Policy Your deposit and any payments towards your registration fee will be refunded if we receive a written cancellation no later than March 1, 2008. We regret to inform all attendees that after the aforementioned date, cancellations can not be refunded under any circumstances. Substitutions or transfers of registration to another (law enforcement) member will be permitted. Additionally, we will not be able to refund the conference fee after March 1, 2008 if you paid and do not attend. Thank you for your support and understanding in this matter. |

| The 2008 Conference Planning Committee has secured OFF SITE lodging in preparation of being sold out at the resort. All room reservations as of 10/15/07 will be OFF SITE. We strongly encourage agencies sending more than one person to consider sharing a chalet. These 2 story condos can comfortably accommodate 2 people, and with a little work can hold up to four people reasonably. Thank you very much for your attention to this matter. | As of 10/15/2007 - THE PINES RESORT AT BASS LAKE IS FULL As of 10/15/2007 registrants will be housed off site, at the Shiloh Inn in Oakhurst (4 miles from the resort). CTDA has made arrangements with this hotel for additional rooms. There is no need to contact the Shiloh Inn directly - all lodging arrangements will be handled by the CTDA registrar. Registrants housed off site will be placed on a waiting list. IF cancellations from the resort occur will be moved back on site. Questions? Click here. |
