Thank you very much for your interest in becoming a sponsor for the 4th Annual California
Tactical Dispatcher Association Training Conference.  The Conference, which is the largest
conference designed specifically for dispatchers in the country, will run from April 28, 2008
through May 1, 2008.  The Conference will be held at the Pines Resort, which is in located in
beautiful Bass Lake, California.

In addition to the 'Thank You gifts' for your participation, CTDA will proudly and prominently
display your companies logo and be glad to offer a link from our website to yours.

On this page, you will find everything you need to know about becoming a sponsor for the

Sponsorship Levels
There are four different levels of sponsorship for the 2008 Conference.  As a way of saying
'Thank You' for your support, we are giving you a gift in return.  The different levels are listed
below.
Bronze Level
Monetary donation up to $150
1 free ticket to NYPD presentation,
including lunch, a $35 value
Silver Level
Monetary donation between $151
and $300
2 free tickets to NYPD presentation,
including lunch, a $70 value
Gold Level
Monetary donation between $301
and $500
2 free tickets to NYPD presentation
AND $50 off price of vendor booth
Platinum Level
Monetary donation over $501
2 free tickets to NYPD presenation
AND free booth space at vendor show
Vendor Show Information
The California Tactical Dispatcher Association realizes that some companies want to get to
meet their audience first hand.  With that in mind, we want to give companies the opportunity
to meet the participants face to face, talk with them, interact with them.  There is no better way
to pick the minds of dispatchers from throughout the country all at one time, in one place.

The price for booth space for the Vendor Show will be $250 per booth.  We only have space
for 20 booths this year - and it will be handled first come, first served.  The participants will
have the opportunity to check out the vendor show after registration, which is Monday, April
28th from 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon, and then during lunch.  After lunch, at 1:00 p.m., the
participants will be heading off to class and the vendors will be able to take down their booths
at that time.
