Over 80 dispatchers from across Southern California trained with SWAT teams from around
the region in a one-of-a-kind training day in Rialto. It was a great day of training that let
dispatchers from different agencies team up and practice together - maybe the first step to a
Regional Response Team.

Over 100 Tactical Dispatchers from all over Northern California attended the latest
regional training in Roseville. Guest speakers Ken and Sarita Hammond from Utah,
shared their Valentines Day dinner at the Trolley Square Mall. After hearing shots fired
inside the mall, Ken went to confront the suspect while Sarita called 9-1-1. Both are
