Shipping Times:
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within two business days of their receipt.
APO / FPO:
TacticalDispatch.com ships to APO/FPO-based addresses via USPS Priority Mail only. Keep in mind the military mail system is notoriously slow and unreliable. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
International Shipping:
Except for orders from Canada, TacticalDispatch.com is currently restricted from shipping small orders internationally. For large quantity orders, please inquire about worldwide shipping options by contacting us.
PO Boxes:
We do NOT ship to standard PO Boxes. We require a physical address to process your order. This is primarily a fraud prevention practice and we apologize for any inconvenience.
Order Tracking:
Tracking numbers, if available, are emailed to you after your order ships.
Volume Purchase Orders:
Any current or future “free shipping” offers only apply to customers paying full retail prices. Any volume discounted quotes received from TacticalDispatch.com will include an actual freight estimate.
US Postal Service (USPS):
When shipping via the USPS we do so using only Priority Mail with both insurance and signature confirmation options. This increases the cost over standard Parcel Post.
Backorder Shipping:
The moment your backorder becomes available we will ship it out to you directly from the manufacturer for no additional charge.

Return Policy
We are committed to total customer satisfaction. Therefore we will gladly accept returned merchandise within 30 days of its receipt, provided that they are in new, unwashed condition with the tags attached and in the original container/box (if any).
Did we make a mistake?? Please notify us within 10 days of any discrepancies in your received order so that we can fix the problem ASAP. If we made a mistake, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.
Returns
We cannot accept returns without a Return Authorization (RA) Number. To attain an RA number, use this form, and attach it to an email and email it to us. We will then email you an RA (which has to be written on the outside of the package containing your returned items) and further instructions within 2 business days. ATTENTION: RETURNS THAT DO NOT HAVE THE "RA" NUMBER CLEARLY DISPLAYED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE MAY BE REFUSED BY THE WAREHOUSE.
Shipping Your Return
Please ensure your shipment is pre-paid using a trackable shipping service such as UPS, FedEx or DHL. Make sure the “RA Number” is clearly marked on the outside of your package.
Exchanges
TacticalDispatch.com does not process traditional exchanges. Instead, you simply return your items and place a new order, reducing your wait time for the replacement items.
