Here are some thoughts about the training that CTDA provides. This information is taken

Kurt,
Once again the association has done an outstanding job in providing training that is
unavailable anywhere else. I hope you all know how much it's appreciated. My new TDT
supervisor Rayen Davidson and my TDT team member Debbie Castro were also impressed
and decided to join the association at the training. We talked extensively on the 3 hrs drive
home about how beneficial training such as this is for all dispatchers, tactical and
otherwise. I am pretty sure that now that she has been to this training that she will work
hard to ensure other dispatchers from our department make it to any trainings we hold.
Unfortunately the conference is not within our budget for this year and our manager has
already told me she would not give me the time off, but next year by golly I will be back and
hopefully with a few more of my teammates. Please extend our thanks and appreciation to
all the board members as well as to the presenters, these presentations were almost
overwhelming but oh so very informative.
